Fellow Advisors and Planners -

Welcome to the Fall edition of the AdvisorAdvocate. We have exciting news to share and valuable information on how to maintain your book of business during these turbulent times.

These past few weeks have been chaotic.  The news that Lehman Brothers was filing for Chapter 11, the devastating single day slump of the Dow by 778 points and daily news reports of a weakening economy have left Advisors and clients justifiably concerned about the preservation of assets.  Now more than ever we are seeing Advisors benefit from eMoney’s key feature set.  The Personal Client Financial Home Page is providing clients with their own updated view and giving Advisors an effective means for collaboration.  eMoney’s Investment Alerts and Alarms are serving as an Advisor’s own system of checks and balances, and eMoney Mobile is making client data accessible even when Advisors are on the move via their Blackberry, PDA, and soon to come iPhone.  Maintenance is key during these turbulent times-keeping the clients you have and preserving your book of business- and eMoney Advisor is providing Advisors with tangible value for preservation.

In times of market uncertainty, clients want immediate answers.  The timeliness of your response depends on your resources and ability to access complete, accurate and up-to-date information.  eMoney Advisor was founded on the premise that giving Advisors an integrated view of their client’s financial accounts would give them a significant competitive advantage.  We have been successful with this vision and are now expanding our data integration capabilities with the debut of three new Advisor tools - eMoney for MS Outlook, eMoney for Excel and eMoney for iPhone.  With these new tools, Advisors will be even better prepared to respond to their clients.  Getting started is easy and I invite you to learn more about each of these new programs in the articles to follow.

This month eMoney will debut a new version of our on-line training platform, eMoney University.  eMoney University has been redesigned and expanded to include instructional videos on over 100 different topics, printable user guides, pre-recorded webcasts and best practice podcasts. Regardless of an Advisor’s learning style, we are committed to offering each subscriber multiple training options to ensure they can make the most out of their subscription to eMoney 360 or eMoney 360Pro.

At eMoney we are committed to providing you with products and features that will help you maintain and grow your business.  Read more about the new enhancements being introduced in eMoney version 5.3 and stay tuned for even more exciting news, as we prepare for the release of version 6.0 in early 09!  And know that our support is with you during these turbulent times.

Sincerely,
Edmond Walters
