Edmond J. Walters is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of eMoney Advisor, a wealth planning and management solutions provider for financial advisors. The Company’s award winning web-based wealth-planning tool offers an aggregated, comprehensive view of a client's financial portfolio, as well as features and functions that enable more complete planning and better servicing of a client's needs. Industry leaders, such as Mass Mutual, New York Life, LPL, New England Financial, CBIZ, PricewaterhouseCoopers and AIG have adopted the eMoney system as the foundation of their wealth management services.
Prior to forming eMoney Advisor in 2000, Mr. Walters spent more than 20 years in the financial services industry, advising high net worth clients. From 1983 to 1992 he was associated with Kistler, Tiffany & Company in Wayne, PA. In 1992, Walters helped found the Wharton Business Group, a financial advising firm, in Malvern, PA.
A thought leader in the area of technology-based solutions for financial services, Mr. Walters has been published in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, USA Today, SmartMoney.com, Advisor Today, National Underwriter and CPA Wealth Provider. He has been a guest on Dow Jones Marketwatch and Forbes.com Video Network, Fox Business and his comments have appeared in Investment News and Dow Jones Newswires, among others. Mr. Walters serves on the Board of Epitome, Health Benefits Direct, and the advisory council for the Villanova School of Business.
Mr. Walters is a graduate of Villanova University. He is married and has two children.
Mr. DiLisi is the former Vice President of Development for VerticalNet, Inc. where he was responsible for building the firm’s technology group as well as the migration and implementation of the technology used to power 57 B2B Communities.
Previously, Mr. DiLisi served as the Vice President of Presentation Systems at Reality Online (Purchased by Reuters), where he oversaw the technical development of Internet and client/server applications. Mr. DiLisi and his team were also responsible for Reality’s core technology and the suite of applications under the award winning Reuters Money Network product line. Mr. DiLisi earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Drexel University in 1988.
John DeVincent is Executive Vice President of Marketing. Mr. DeVincent started at eMoney as the Vice President of Product Management, working closely with advisors to develop the eMoney system. He quickly took on new roles to assist the company to market by developing Customer and Sales Support, Training and Marketing departments. He was instrumental in the development of the award winning software solution’s customized marketing packages which today are an intrinsic component of the company’s offering to advisors. He has launched numerous versions of the system and new marketing packages for advisors.
Prior to joining eMoney, Mr. DeVincent was the Senior Director of Content Management and Director of E-Commerce for VerticalNet. There he was a Senior Management Executive in software application deployment in the B2B and e-commerce retail product environment. This encompassed full product creation and lifecycle experience including execution of product management, product marketing, operations, and business planning.
Mr. DeVincent gained his market knowledge as an Investment Advisor (holding Series 7 and 63 licenses) for Valley Forge Asset Management where he started his career. Mr. DeVincent went on to develop a retail chain of sporting good stores where he expanded the footprint and launched the company’s e-commerce facilities.
Mr. DeVincent is a graduate of La Salle University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Finance in 1985.
Mr. Zebrowski has over 18 years in the financial services industry beginning in a regional bank as part of an executive management program with focus on all aspects of the financial industry: lending, retail, private banking, accounting, investments, marketing and communication. He then managed the Bank's call center and, in the late 1990's, developed its internet presence. He then joined MassMutual Financial Group where he held several key positions within Information Systems, Career Agency Distribution, and most recently with MML Investors Services Inc. (MassMutual's Broker Dealer). At MML Investor Services as Vice President of Operations.
In addition, Mr. Zebrowski's industry insights have been published in National Underwriter, Insurance & Technology, Wall Street & Technology and American Banker magazine.
Mr. Zebrowski is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts where he earned his MBA and BA. He is a former Marine and a Veteran of the Persian Gulf War. Mr. Zebrowski also sits on the Board of Cuddle My Kids, a non-profit charitable organization that focuses on the children directly affected by cancer. He is married and has three children.
Mr. Wagner is the Chief Architect of eMoney’s wealth management software solution. The ASP.NET implementation framework he designed for the company standardized code implementation, cut development time by 30% and increased application performance by 25%.
Prior to joining eMoney, Mr. Wagner was the Lead Architect for VerticalNet, Inc. Here he managed a team responsible for implementing VerticalNet’s Catalog Server as part of a Joint Development Program with Microsoft. He also managed and designed the overall interaction between VerticalNet’s various technologies to create a unified and usable eBusiness Framework. For Strategic Management Group, a management training company, Mr. Wagner created financial and reality-based training simulations to supplement seminars. Mr. Wagner graduated with Honors from La Salle University in Computer Science.
Mr. Tropiano is the former Regional Operating Officer and Director of eSolutions for Breakaway Solutions, Inc., an Internet consulting company and application server provider. In this dual role Mr. Tropiano was responsible for the utilization and operational activities for the Mid-Atlantic region as well as being responsible for a web-based development team for Breakaway’s Philadelphia Solutions Lab.
Mr. Tropiano’s background is in web-based financial applications including online brokerage trading and E-commerce systems. His background also includes collecting, processing and distributing real time and historical financial data over the Internet. Prior to joining Breakaway Solutions, Mr. Tropiano was the Vice President of Reuters Web Development for Reality Online, a Reuters’ company. Mr. Tropiano spent 11 years with Reality Online and was part of the team who designed and built the award winning financial planner software “WealthBuilder by Money Magazine”. During his time with Reality Online he held numerous positions including: Vice President of Development, Director of Content Services, Director of Data Center Operations, and Director of Macintosh Products.
Mr. Tropiano earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Drexel University in 1988.
Mr. Schulte has 15+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. As one of the founding employees of eMoney Advisor, he has had various responsibilities, including significant contributions towards the feature-set definition of the system. He has also been heavily involved in the implementation of the system with enterprise clients.
Prior to joining eMoney, Mr. Schulte was an Advanced Marketing Consultant with Prudential Securities, responsible for marketing efforts in the Northeast. Mr. Schulte earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Minnesota and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Financial Services from St. Thomas University. He holds the CLU, ChFC and CFP professional designations.
Mr. Walters is one of the original members of the eMoney Advisor team starting in June of 2000. Mr. Walters has held several key positions including Director of Customer Service and Director of Management Information Services. During his 2 and a half year tenure as the Director of Customer Service, eMoney Advisor experienced dramatic growth in its customer base. The Customer Service team effectively delivered support services to over 1,400 Financial Advisors and 7,200 of their clients. Prior to this in 2001 Mr. Walters served as the Project Manager of eMoney Advisor’s Initial Pilot that delivered eMoney Advisor’s Alpha Beta Tool to a regional CPA firm.
Most recently as Head of Management Information Services, Mr. Walters was responsible for analyzing and communicating all Customer performance data issues that directly affected revenue potential. Prior to joining eMoney Advisor Mr. Walters was a full time teacher and coach for eight years at a private school in Rosemont, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Walters earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Science in 1990 and a Masters Degree in History from Villanova University in 1992.
Charles has over 20 years of sales, business development and management experience. Over the span of his career Charles has held key positions at VerticalNet, Ernst & Young Management Consulting, DuPont, MCI Telecommunications, eMoney Advisor and Orbitz.
Prior to returning to eMoney Advisor, Charles was General Manager of Orbitz for Business, a subsidiary of Orbitz Worldwide. As General Manager, Charles played a significant role in helping Orbitz for Business achieve record-setting performance results – making it the fastest growing business within OWW. Prior to joining OWW, Charles was Senior Vice President of Business Development at eMoney Advisor. Charles assisted in the development of eMoney Advisor’s core business model which remains in place today.
In his current role as Senior Vice President of Sales and Account Development, Charles oversees all sales and retention initiatives for eMoney Advisor. Charles manages the inside and enterprise sales teams that are focused primarily on driving new revenues and the account development team which is focused on implementation, customer retention and growing new revenues from the company’s enterprise customer base.
Charles is a graduate of Syracuse University and has participated on numerous internet industry panels. He is also a former national championship oarsman.
